About UsHurricanes is a netball club based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne Victoria and was established in 2015. Our club is a non-profit organization, and we are a family orientated club. We currently have teams across the St Albans & Caroline Springs Associations. We have teams of various ages, from 9U to ladies and adult mixed teams. Competitions are usually Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with St Albans & Caroline Springs Association. Training is on Thursday in Sydenham. |  |
OUR CLUB
Our club is run and organized by parent and family members of players who are volunteering their time to mentor the youth of our community, making it a fun and happy environment, teaching good sportsmanship, and health of body and mind to assist in social skills for their everyday lives and future.
Our club is diverse with acceptance of all nationalities, abilities and different family situations making it a safe and inclusive environment.
We have dedicated and experienced coaches, our team members and coaching staff are both male and female.
Hurricanes provide all current and new players the opportunity to read the Code of conduct upon registering to play for our club.
Some of the expectations are to participate fairly and safely, to be polite and courteous, no bullying (treat others the way you want to be treated) and to always show good sportsmanship on and off the court.
